All data disclosures will be relevant only to the requirement of the quotation/order.

On completion of quotations/orders we will hold the digital and physical files on record, these files are held on secure severs as well as locked file rooms on site.

In the course of processing orders, we may be required to send data to 3rd parties these include but are not limited to courier services, business control software provider and online credit check companies. Any information passed to these parties will be handled as per the GDPR guidelines and will only be relevant to the requirements of providing our services.
